What are the technical requirements for the use of GMP e-learning?
ANSWER 1
You don’t need to install any software. You just need an Internet connection and a PC with speakers. The browser must be Internet Explorer from version 6. Other browsers are not possible for security reasons.

How exactly does participation in an online GMP e-learning course work?
ANSWER 2
When you place your order on this website, we will send you a confirmation within 5 working days. Along with the confirmation, you will receive a link to the website where you can look at the e-learning course. This link will be active during 14 days.

Who is the target group for the GMP e-learning system?
ANSWER 3
The system has been developed to train staff employed in production-related areas. The content of the course is geared towards this target group. For experienced members of staff with good knowledge of GMP, there are special GMP refresh courses using real-world case studies.

How do I obtain my attendance certificate from Concept Heidelberg?

How difficult are the questions at the end of the modules?

Yes, you can retake a training course and the test, too. One repeating is free.

Can I take the course on my PC from home, too?

When you take part in the courses on our website, no one finds out your results. These are regularly deleted. If you are taking a course using a company licence, please ask your training officer.
